Werrington Granny Flat Construction

This project involved the maximing the block of land by organsing and constructing a 2 bed granny flat.

The unused yard was turned into positive cashflow by adding a grannyflat. The scope completed for the project included

* Sourcing the builder

* Getting approvals

*site preparation- peg out, and sewer encasement

* Liasing with relevant consultants, including private certifier, sydney water, nbn,

* Landscaping

* Obtaining occupancy certificates

* Renting out the flat
